HeartCode® Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through CPR Plus teaches urgent treatment methods for cardiac arrest, stroke, and other cardiovascular emergencies as well as proper ECG analysis, defibrillation and intubation.
The first half of the course begins with a web-based, self-paced class that uses eSimulation technology to help assess and treat patients in virtual healthcare settings. During the second half of the program, students meet with a CPR Plus instructor to practice and demonstrate skills.
This American Heart Association (AHA) training course teaches leading industry standards and is a good option for those seeking an opportunity to learn outside of the traditional classroom.
Once the class is successfully completed, a certification card will be issued within 24 hours or even the same day of the class. The card is valid for two years.
